How about payment and dealing method?
About payment, currently we accept bank transfer and cash. Most our customers will ask us why we don’t accept Credit Card and PayPal. Because we NO longer use that service due to it is not convenient for us and the handling fee is very high, it will increase our cost and at the same time it will increase our customers’ cost too.

And for dealing method, we ONLY use currier service from Pos Laju or Pos Express for shipping handling and also COC (Cash On Collection).

Does Cell Store have any other websites/blog?
Yes, the owner of Cell Store also owns and operates pcsparepart2u.

If There Have A Different Kinds of Quality?
There are many kinds of quality for Mobile Phone accessories and spare parts. Even for one simple part, you may receive a lot of different quotation. That may mean the quality of the part is different. Below is our definition of different quality.

Original:
original means the part is produced by authorized factory or workshop. Generally speaking, the quality of original part is the best.

Local:
local means the part is produced by unauthorized factory. The best quality in local part is Taiwan version. Most of the supplier sell "local Taiwan version" part as original part. The difference between original and local is the material of the part. For LCD, the color and the light of original LCD will be more beautiful than local LCD. For flex, the flexibility and the connector of original flex is better than local flex.

Refurbished:
refurbished means the part was broken, and then mended by the workshop. The quality of refurbished part may be the worst.


How About Warranty?
For products after sales, we just accept replacement or return caused by no working or bad quality during the warranty time (from the moment we send it till we get the return). And only the products with the complete warranty stickers which are not damaged can get guarantee.

We don't accept the following faulty products:
A) Default or damage caused by improper operation;
B) Products which are broken or damaged on the way;
C) The warranty sticker on the products are torn or damaged;
D) The products are unsaleable which is not caused by no working or bad quality
E) Out of the warranty.

Return Policy:
Regarding the return, shipping cost results from return goods is to be paid by buyers. If goods can be replaced, we will consider replacement first. If goods of return is not in stock, we will caculate refund at our latest price list of the day when we receive the return.

How To Order?
Each product has Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). If the quantity does not reach MOQ, it will be handled as sample price.
1. Please send your purchase order to us by write this form or can get the order form on blog.
2. We will make the Invoice and calculate the total price which you need to pay us.
3. We will inform you our bank details after confirmed.
5. You make the payment according to the amount calculated on the Invoice then inform us by email and send us the bank receipt after you make the payment.
6. Usually, we will send goods to you within 3 working days after we receive your total payment. Sometimes the time depends on your quantity.
